Delivery: We aim to dispatch this item within 3 working days of order receipt. We deliver to UK, EU and International Customers. However, different delivery rates apply:
UK: £3.50
EU: £5.00
International: £6.00
Our target for shipping times (ie. expected delivery times after dispatch) are as follows:
UK: 2 -3 working days
EU: 3 -5 working days
International: 6 – 7 working days
Please note, however, that certain country’s postal services are unreliable and so unfortunately we are unable to make any shipping guarantees.
Payments: Payments will be made to JooMo Ltd via PayPal or Braintree – we are a PayPal Verified Seller. ALL major credit & debit cards accepted (ie. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro).
Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we’ll be glad to exchange your item or refund the full product price if you choose to return it within 30 days of delivery, and only after reasonable product use. NB we would require you to pay return postage. If you would like to return an item please can you email Support@JooMo.coop.
Your credit/debit card will be credited once we’ve received and processed your return. The credit may not show up on the very next statement you receive in the mail unless it is within your credit/debit card company’s billing or statement cycle, but it should appear on the next one.
NOTE: If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been despatched. In this case we will refund the full cost of the products but not the original Postage and Packaging cost.
