– I apply to become a member of JooMo Ltd and agree to invest at least the purchase price in my share account
– I am 16 years of age or over.
– I agree to be bound by the rules of the Society (full rules available on request) as certified by the FCA in the UK, and subscribe to the aims and objectives of the co-operatively owned enterprise.
– Acceptance of membership applications is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
– Legislation requires the Society to advise you that the withdrawable shares are classified as risk capital.
– The Data Controller is JooMo Ltd. The Information set out on this form will be held by JooMo Ltd and used for the purpose of marketing, administration and other related activities. The data given will not be sold on and will only be made available to other subsidiaries of the Society but no other third party.
